If you wish to request a refund you must do so within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please contact me by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the returns process. The customer will need to cover shipping costs to send the item back. I will inspect the item to ensure it is in the same condition that it was sent in before issuing the refund. Returns also need to be in the original packaging and proof of purchase/receipt will need to be provided.
If I have approved your refund, you will receive it via the original payment method. Please understand this can sometimes take a little time whilst your bank or credit card company process it.
Unfortunately we cannot refund any personalised/custom items, except those that arrive damaged or defective (please provide photo evidence of this immediately by sending to email@example.com).
