How do I personalise/add my custom colour choice to a product?
The majority of my product listings include boxes for you to fill out with your personalisation or colour choices; you can be as descriptive as you like with these, and feel free to follow up on email if you'd like to talk in extra detail. I'm very happy to recieve images of mood boards etc. This works especially well for wedding orders, e.g. you might send me a photo of your bouquet so that I can pick out some of the colours to match/complement.
Please ensure that the personalisation is correct first time as I am not always able to change orders that I have begun making.
How many colours should I choose per product?
Each product is different so for guidance look at the listing’s description. Please choose either a variety of different colours, or a range of hues of the same colour. If you would like to send a photo image or swatch of your colour scheme I can work closely with you to match/complement it.
Do you accept bespoke orders?

How long will my order take to arrive?
Made to order products will be shipped 3-5 weeks after placing your order. Please contact me when making a large or urgent order so that I can ensure it is shipped in time for your wedding or event. Note that if you are placing an order to be shipped outside of the UK delivery may be longer, and that you may incur a customs charge which will be your responsibility to pay.
Ready to ship products will be dispatched 1-2 days after the order was placed.
How much is postage?
Postage for all UK orders is free.
International (outside of UK) postage prices are worked out according to Royal Mail’s weight and size guidelines.
Can I rent decorations?
Unfortunately I am unable to provide a rental service at the moment. However, I would love to know if this is something you might be interested in as we are considering developing this idea.
What is your returns policy?
If you wish to request a refund you must do so within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please contact me by emailing email@example.com to begin the returns process. The customer will need to cover shipping costs to send the item back. I will inspect the item to ensure it is in the same condition that it was sent in before issuing the refund. Returns also need to be in the original packaging and proof of purchase/receipt will need to be provided.
If I have approved your refund, you will receive it via the original payment method. Please understand this can sometimes take a little time whilst your bank or credit card company process it.
Unfortunately we cannot refund any personalised/custom items, except those that arrive damaged or defective (please provide photo evidence of this immediately by sending to firstname.lastname@example.org).
